30 days, as long as the key is unused

If Hael Studio isn’t for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as your licence key has never been activated on a computer. No questions asked.

We can see whether a key has ever been activated, so there’s nothing you need to prove. Deactivating a computer doesn’t make a key unused again: once a key has been activated, the purchase isn’t refundable under this policy.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@haelstudio.com from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Include your order number if you have it. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, usually within a few business days of approval.

What happens to your licence

A refunded licence is cancelled. Its key stops activating and its downloads are removed from your account.

Update renewals and Lifetime upgrades

These are refundable within 30 days of purchase as long as you haven’t downloaded a version that only the renewal or upgrade unlocked. A refund takes back just what it added — your licence and the versions you already had stay yours.

Your rights under the law

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law where you live. For example, consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day right to cancel, which ends once they start using the software. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. See our Terms of Service for the rest.
